Delete your account

You can delete your Leafy VPN account and its data at any time.

From the app

Open Leafy VPN
Go to Settings
Tap Account
Tap Delete account and confirm

By email

If you can't get into the app, email support@leafyvpn.com from the address on the account. We will confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account record and email address
Your VPN credentials and the VPN account behind them
Every registered device
Your support conversations

Your subscription is separate. It belongs to your Apple ID, and deleting your Leafy account does not cancel it or refund it. Cancel it first: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Leafy VPN → Cancel.

What we keep, and why

We may keep a minimal record of the transaction where tax or accounting law requires it. It contains no VPN activity, because we never recorded any.
